- Own end-to-end delivery governance across BAU and regulatory change, including operating model, capacity and coverage, control effectiveness, escalation and senior stakeholder management.
- Lead cross-regional strategic initiatives across EMEA and LATAM within Citi’s 450+ person International Regulatory Reporting organisation.
- Hold delegated functional sign-off authority for 65+ parallel testing engagements, coordinating participants and representing the function through tollgate governance and controlled implementation into BAU.
- Lead specialist teams covering UK Bank Levy reporting and regulatory change response, combining finance expertise with data and technology capability.
