- Lead an 85+ person, multicultural organization (12+ citizenships) across 2 countries, delivering local regulatory reporting for 30+ European legal entities with $230bn+ total assets; includes a dedicated UK Bank Levy team and a regulatory change response group of IT-literate finance professionals.
- Own end-to-end delivery governance across BAU and change: operating model, capacity/coverage, controls, escalation, and senior stakeholder management across a broad entity and product footprint.
- Lead regulatory-driven, cross-regional (EMEA/LATAM) strategic initiatives across a 450+ person International Regulatory Reporting organization; serve as single sign-off point (on behalf of International Regulatory Reporting Head) for 65+ parallel testing engagements, coordinating participants and representing the function in tollgate governance to deliver controlled implementation into BAU.
